a composer I know took a very simple thing and did a very simple thing TO it at the same time as doing a second very simple thing to said very simple thing.
tough to focus on such small things for me, (and the composer as well.)
hearing the intro to THE GRID from KORAANISQATSI (Thank You to the friend who hipped me to this so many eons ago. went to NYC and SAW it there together. I later saw it at least two other times live.

that I have strong interests… I can’t bear to imagine (nor can I imagine in itself)
how boring and dis-engaging life would be without such things.
I’m also ill-equiped to mentor people who don’t have such interests, as I’ve NO idea what they should do other than GET some of said interests…
and mine are I believe a function of being ADHD and smart, so…
don’t know what non-adhd’ers ought do.
